I'm sorry there is no way for me to guess. But- I'm betting if all your application releases notarys and related paperwork are correct and complete, and you are eligible under the law that you will have your LTC within 60 business days.

Status update for me. I talked to two people yesterday, one of which was a nice call-back letting me know that my license was approved and off to print. Apparently they got literally about 2000 applications in one day in December, which makes it more understandable that they would be overwhelmed.

1/07/2016 - RSD Confirmation
2/26/16 - Sent an email asking if everything was in order.
3/08/2016 - No status change, no phone answer, and no reply to email

Still no reply. Seems like most of the mid/late Decembers will be getting their plastic soon. Glad I found this forum, I was getting worried that the reason for delay was something to do on my part.
