Texas law on the use of deadly force in defense of persons and property, reckless injury to an innocent 3rd person, civil issues, Castle Doctrine, and real-world application of those various statutes, are all covered. How long it lasts depends largely on how many questions come from the audience.NguyenVanDon wrote:Does any MOD's here know what the topics on deadly force Chas will be covering that night?
I just re-wrote the material to update it for changes that resulted from the 2007 Texas Legislative Session.
Chas.

Carlson,
We'll be driving over after work and will want to stop for supper before the Seminar, can you recommend anything good near your church? We like everything (mexican, thai, american, italian) and we really LIKE finding good local hole in the walls!
thanks!
