Still waiting. It has been 83 calendar days now (53 business days). Tried calling a couple of time and they are not answering the phones.

And still waiting. Got through on their phone system last Thursday; was told a supervisor would call me back on Friday or Monday. Got no call. Am I correct that my renewed LTC will still expire on the same date ... i.e., I'm paying for time consumed by bureaucratic incompetence?

My renewal late last year took 10 days. Good luck to you guys, what a real PITA for the 140/70 fees we have to pay. My sister in PA said she got her CC license in less time than it takes to get a driver's license.

My status page changed today -- now I see the options for lost or stolen license, etc. I guess I should receive it within a few days.

Re: Sent renewal in on Nov. 28 via Internet ...
My concern now is that I've been on vacation for the last week -- just got back yesterday.
I placed a hold on my mail with USPS for a week, but it is unclear whether they held anything. At least one package that was still delivered to my mailbox despite the hold (some allergy meds) appears to have been stolen.
The post office delivered one piece of quasi-junk mail to me today and says that's all they have -- nothing else was being held. I know how much mail we usually receive in a week, and receiving only one piece in that period is highly unlikely.
I hope the plastic is still en route, and not stolen, since the LTC page just changed today.

Though some people have received their license before the website changes, it generally seems to be 2-4 business days after it changes when it shows up.
I'd suggest to just watch the mail until next Thursday and if it hasn't arrived, call them or report it as lost through the website.

Well, my wait is over!
It showed up yesterday.
Nov. 28 to Feb 27 -- 92 calendar days, 61 business days. The web page did not change until one day before it arrived.

Re: Sent renewal in on Nov. 28 via Internet ...
I received confirmation on Dec. 23, 2015. It is now nearly March. Granted, I was late on the renewal (3 days), but I did not expect to be disarmed this long! I have even double checked DPS and you cannot carry without a valid license, even though it is the RSC that is prohibiting us from having our license. It should be under our DL#, and then voila! a new card is created and sent. However, I read on one of these replies that the FBI is "reviewing" fingerprints.....could this be a bureaucracy problem? All these BamBam supporters and, well technically, employees of the ***....Are they being told to slow the process in order to disarm? Conspiracy theory at best, but why not? Might as well have some fun while we're here! Ugh. I just want my license so I can arm myself again. There are more and more attacks being shown over social media and seem to be getting closer to home. We should be able to protect ourselves in the event we are in the wrong place or are targeted. Dying because I legally cannot carry due to bureaucratic licensing nonsense is not what I envisioned when I originally obtained my license. Someone needs to make some changes....

I may be jumping the gun (no pun intended, lol) but I have read many current LH'ers having this same issue. I'm definitely not looking forward to this when my time is up & have to renew in 4 years,, just getting it in the beginning is hard enough, you'd think they would have mastered the renewal system by now.
I hope it gets better for all.

Or renew early when they send out the notice 6 months in advance.

Yes, option A so you don't get caught with your pants down. Curious to know, if one has sent renewal in 6 months in advance, what was turn around time verses 3 weeks before expiration??

Re: Sent renewal in on Nov. 28 via Internet ...
I will definitely renew sooner the next time. The folks I talked to a couple of times at RSD indicated that the "fingerprint review" by the FBI was the slow step.
I wondered if that slowness might be the result of the disagreement between the administration and Congress -- Congress is not approving funding for the additional background check personnel that POsTUS cried about. I could see that playing out as intentional delays.
However, I have a friend whose renewal was recently processed within three weeks, so I suspect it is a technical issue with some folks' fingerprint files. I cannot remember how I did my fingerprints back in 2010 -- but I wonder if that particular service might be the issue.
