Day 50 of the waiting game. Called a spoke to a rep today and he told me something popped up on my background (all supporting docs sent in and non disqualifying misdemeanor) and a tech was working on verifying the eligibility today and would hopefully be done Tmw and then sent off to print. I figure I'll call back on Friday and see where it stands. Getting anxious.

FNG but here is my timeline so far.

LTC Class: Dec 12th
Application Submission: Dec 12th
Upload of Documents: Dec 12th
Fingerprints: Dec 15th
Email receipt of documents: Dec 18th
License Issued: Feb 2nd!!

Just got off the phone with Ashley and was told the technician issued my license today and it could take up to two weeks to receive it in the mail.

On another note I had called late last Wednesday Jan 27th around 6pm spoke to Victor and was told it hadn't been touched and they still hadn't linked my CHL-100 upload to my application. He then put me on hold and went to speak to someone to make sure they had my CHL-100 which they did and he said it would probably be another week or two before they get to me which turned out to only be a few days. But it does seem once they get to it, it does not take long to get the background done. Also I have a clean background no arrests and plenty of FBI background and fingerprint checks done due to being an airline pilot, don't know if that really matters.

I'll let everyone know when I get it in the mail or the website changes.

Dec 7th confirm date, I was going to wait untill day 60 on Friday the 5th to call, but couldn't talk myself out of calling today. LTC was issued today Feb. 2nd

57 days with 2 22 yr old arrests....

Ok so I know this is wishful thinking but, when I called RSD yesterday he said it was issued Feb 2nd. The website updated for me this morning. Looking over the forum everyone seems to be getting there plastic before it updates or same or next day. Is it possible he meant it was mailed on the 2nd? We will see I guess....

Guys I am trying not to freak out in class right now while my teacher is lecturing lol. I just checked my status and they mailed it! About 50 days since I did all the paperwork! My seat will be opening up gentleman.

My husband who had the same schedule as me got his permit on 1/30/15. So not fair!!

That's crazy how fast you got it! My app was in 1/6 and my prints 1/13 w confirmation on 1/15.

That's great it's starting to roll out faster after holidays.

LOL I think it is like when you call for tech support and you end up speaking with a guy from New Delhi. You know without a doubt he is reading from a set speech straight from a screen and has no idea what is really happening. I'm sure with the work load and the huge call volume they are annoyed beyond belief with the phones

My confirmation email was on 12/30/15 fingerprints on 1/4/16! Talked to a rep yesterday he said it was still to early to get any info! I thought after the 30 day mark they could give some kind of info about your app?

They seem to be kind of erratic with their timelines. I spoke with one guy last week who said that my app was in background check, and thst I should expect completion in a couple weeks. This week, I was told by a lady that it had not yet been entered, and that the wait would be 30-60 days from the day they enter it. The two different stories confused me, so I called back and spoke with a 3rd person. He agreed that it had not been entered, and with the 2nd timeline.

I told him about the call last week, and he said that there is no possible way that someone from RSD would have told me that, and heavily insinuated that I was making the story up to try to get my app processed faster.

I then asked about my friend who did his class on the same day as me, and submitted his paperwork on the same day as me. He already has his license in hand, but mine hasn't even been entered yet? He said that sometimes mistakes happen, and that apps get pushed to the front when they shouldn't be.

I'm so confused and frustrated...
