No confirmation email as of now. Sigh, I have a feeling is going to be a looooooong 60 days... :???:
How did you send documents, snail mail or email? If snail then you won't get a confirmation.

Hey berkleemuir! You still hanging in there? I know you are right before me & it's been a month now. Any knew news?

Thank you Freedommachine for the follow up & positive time. I really hope they are at least doing something w/ mine instead of just simmering. I will keep y'all in the loop if I see or hear anything.

Finger prints-Dec18th
CHL Class - Dec 26th
Paperwork submitted Dec 26th

No status change on line but have received all confirmations on submitted papers received. I've tried to call and email to ensure everything was submitted correctly but no responses to emails (sent twice) and anytime of day I call I get the "we're too busy to take your call" message.

Any thoughts as to when I should anticipate the plastic at the current rate and why we can't seem to get a response from them?

Thanks for the input!

I called in late yesterday and the lady told me that they still had not received my CHL100. I asked about the documents that they received elctronically on the Dec. 20th, and she said that it is possible the CHL100 is in them, but no one has opened that file yet to review.

"It will take 2 to 6 weeks from the reception date to review the documents." :banghead:

I am starting to think that they just make stuff up to get us off the phone.

It was 39 days from confirmation of documents received to being issued, but I still haven't received it in the mail. I think 6-7 weeks is about right. Also they aren't responding to emails and I've only been able to get past the "sorry due to high call volume" message after 5PM and then there is still a 30 minute hold time.

I just submitted my stuff on 1/14/16 and never received a confirmation that it was received. I called this AM (early) as most posters seem to indicate that they received docs confirmation in a day or two. The woman I spoke to checked my "folder" and indicated that all the docs were in there and that everything was in process. I inquired as to why I didn't get an email and she seemed to indicate that "they are behind right now", but did assure me that my stuff was all in at this point.

We'll see. The 60 day clock is now ticking :banghead:
