Timeline, was Nov 12th your final "doc's received" confirmation email or your (final doc's) actual day you sent doc's? I'm wondering cause my (last item fingerprints) was sent Dec 17th which was a Thursday & received email confirmation on that following Monday.
Confirmation of supporting doc's was the 12th. I emailed them the 10th. Fingerprints were done the 9th and class was done The 7th.

I called today and he said that as of now there is not really a huge backlog and they are processing applications on the normal timeframe. He said that my documents were not received until the Dec. 20th because I submitted them late in the day on the 18th. However, they have everything that they need from me.

He then said that my application "hasn't been entered yet" but that is normal this time of year because of the two holidays shortly after they received my documents, and all of the time off that happens the last couple of weeks of the year.

Does anyone know what they mean by "your application hasn't been entered yet?"

Application: 11/27/2015
Class/CHL-100 submitted: 11/28/2015
Confirmation email: 11/30/2015
Fingerprinting: 12/01/2015
Beginning of anxious waiting: 12/02/2015

I try to be patient, as I'm used to waiting on NFA stamps. Of course it hasn't stopped me from checking to see if the website has changed at least a couple times a day.

Who am I kidding? I'm not patient at all...

Happy waiting folks.
Just got off the phone. They said I was approved today and should have the plastic in 7-10 days.

Great! I'm Dec 7th confirmation. I was waiting for December to start processing. Looks like November is finishing and December is starting. I will call again Friday to check my status. Last time I called they were getting ready to enter my application and process. I don't foresee any issues no arrests/record.

That's crazy JD9mm. In another post the person says they called too this week & the (RSD) told them that they're swamped still & they're going on 50 something days, no letter, no emails, but verified they had all the supporting doc's. So it appears as to who you get on the phone as to what answer(s) you'll get. Super busy, caught up? who really knows. :headscratch
