I have a friend (68) who still says "cool".

O.K.

You're still young at heart, but I'm sorry 'dude' if you're over 50 you sound like you have a case of "onset stunted adult" when you attempt to sound, I hate this work, "hip"...jargon is for kids, not adults.

One of these days, some of you jackanapes will ascend to old guy status, if accident or bad health doesn't get you first.

Lord, how I hate that expression.
Me too. I despise it. I now answer with "It's not what it could be."

Another one is "path forward" and "per se".

anygunanywhere,

Actually I am, but I do love "sport complaining".

And, Mr. Millennial, for yer information, what you're reading isn't a list of grievances.

It is a list of do's and don'ts.

As in: Don't post misspelled non-words like "Alot" or "Noone" or the contemptible "Loose" when some blockhead means "Lose".

Get with the program and add your favorite, most hated posting specific...

Now, back to slurping black, dense, powerful, mind expanding coffee, oh yeah.

When I read the original post I was thinking oh it's not a big deal. Those are just common phrases, but then I remembered... "lookit". I only know one person and apparently his whole family that say this phrase, but it irritates me to no end.
