Saw MY First 30.07 Sign The Other Day.
Went to the doctor the other day and on my way there I passed a credit union that I occasionally do business with. From the street I saw this big sign on the window next to the doors. I thought it was a 30.06 but after seeing the doctor I got a close look at the sign and it was the new 30.07. I was relieved to see that it was 30.07 and not 30.06. As long as I have been going there they have never posted a 30.06. I would guess they are probably in the top five largest credit unions in the state.

Can't be Security Service FCU then. They've been posted 30.06 since day 1 I think. But most of the signs aren't valid. Too small and not enough contrast.stash wrote:JR - Nope - this one is out of San Antonio.
They're the largest in SA & TX, Randolph - Brooks is second. Navy Federal is third in SA but no idea about TX. Could be since they are the largest in the US. Hopefully RB never goes that route, they're mine.

I saw my first one in my town, it was posted on a credit union. No 30.06 which is good.
I'm betting we start seeing a slew of new 30.07 signs now.
Is there a site to post 30.07 signs?

I'm not too familiar with the new laws as of yet. Does a business have to post both a 30.06 sign to prohibit legal CHL holders from carrying concealed on their property AND a 30.07 sign to prohibit legal CHL holders from carrying openly on their property as well?
Re: Saw MY First 30.07 Sign The Other Day.
Yes. two signs, one for each prohibition, in English and Spanish and at least one inch lettering from my understanding.

The credit union my mothers works at are going to post 30.07 signs. They don't have and no plans to have 30.06 signs. Signs aren't up yet, but will go up sometime after the first of the year.

Yes they do. If 30.07 only is posted, CC is legal. If 30.06 only is posted, OC is legal (at least temporarily )Wysiwyg101 wrote:I'm not too familiar with the new laws as of yet.
