make sure that you include the disposition of said arrest with your application.

I did that already. I called and the guy said that my application was sent to a technician. I don't have any felonies and my misdemeanors are 10 yrs or older. And i know i will pass my nics check. I just purchased a sig at academy in Sept. So i don't know what the hold up is. Thanks for your response

Yup, had arrest and charges dismissed for Class A couple years back. Took 3 weeks to receive license in mail from time all information was sent in online.
