My Application Status

I just made my first call to check my status.

Here my timeline
10/6 - class taken
10/7 - application submitted
10/13 - fingerprints completed and CHL-100 submitted electronically
10/14 - received confirmation email

10/29 - called to check status. They told me they have my application and fingerprints but not my CHL-100. They asked me when I sent it. I told them I sent it on 10/13 and got my confirmation email on 10/14. She said it could take 6-8 weeks after I submit my CHL-100 and just wait.

Am I wrong in thinking its weird that it doesn't show my CHL-100 is there after 2 full weeks after its been submitted? I was comfortable before I made the call and now I'm a little anxious that they claim to not have my form yet.

It seems as though it's perfectly normal for them to have not linked your CHL 100 to your application before they begin processing.

I had the same situation. I called on Monday of last week. They told me that it hadn't started processing yet. They said they had my fingerprints and they asked me when I had submitted the CHL-100. I told them that it was submitted on 9/29 and I received an automated confirmation email on 10/1. Then they found the CHL-100, and processed my LTC that week, I received it on my mailbox on Saturday.

No worries. Call them back on Monday and ask again.

We're on a fairly similar timeline, I mailed everything together on 10/19 so you're a few days ahead of me. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they tell me. Since everything was mailed together, I assume everything could be entered into the system at the same time.

I have a similar timeline. Submitted everything Oct 11. Got confirmation email Oct 12, 2015. Let's see how it goes.

Called to check status at 8am wasn't on hold long maybe a min. Spoke with a very nice lady about my status she told me that I was in the background check process and should be complete in about 2 weeks barring any setbacks.

I called around noon today. Was told they have my fingerprints and application, but not my CHL-100. I mailed all of the paperwork in together on 10/16 so I'm hoping that they just haven't opened it yet. I'll call back next Monday and follow up until I get it.

I finally got around to calling them back this morning.

Was just told everything is complete and has gone to printing and will have it in a few days.

I'm excited to finally have this done.

That's great news. I called in today as well and was told they haven't received my CHL-100 yet and it was mailed three weeks to the day. You're a few days ahead of me so hopefully that means good things to come.

After being told that my license was sent for printing on Monday 11/9 and nothing updating on the website and no license after a week I finally have some news.

The last time I checked the website was yesterday around 10am there was still no change. I just checked now and it has the address/lost links available. I should now see it in the mail in the next few days. I'm glad I am getting it before Thanksgiving as I wanted it when I travel.

Plastic was in the mail yesterday when I got home. 35 days from confirmation email until I got my plastic.

Started carrying today.
