Here's a few I've had bookmarked for a while:

The Old Deer Hunters Assoc.
The Glock FAQ - Target Gallery
KABOOM! Free Pistol Targets
Ty's Shooting Interests
GameCalls.net - 52 Free Targets to Print Out
Ammo Man Free Targets (scroll down for a couple good diagnostic targets)
Targets, Targets, Targets! (contains a few links to other sites as well)
Free Homemade Targets
Free Targets from TARGETZ.com

And this last one's not free, but it's been worth the $15 I paid for it - and it has a 14-day try-it-for-free evaluation period.
MCW Technologies, Inc TargetExpress
It includes IPSC targets, IPDA, NRA, ISSF, IBS, Military and LE targets, IHMSA animal silhouettes, 100 and 200 yard MOA sighting targets, and the ability to add or create your own targets.
TSRA / NRA
KA5RLA
All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961
