Looks like a video game...
That's because it is. Lots of these fake videos on YT for people to gather clicks and followers.

What video game? Do you have a link?

Phalanx has been standard armament for quite some time on US Navy aircraft carriers and destroyer type vessels. I'm betting the Isrealis use them more often than our Navy, and probably have made improvements on the weapon system.

I don’t know what it’s from, but some of the smoke trails and impact explosions (especially the one around 2:10) look really fake to me.

You guys beat me to it. The giveaway was when they showed the rockets hitting the ground. You could tell that the explosions were fake. Iron Dome doesn’t use a Gatling gun. It shoots a rocket.

ACTUAL footage:
Phalanx uses a gatling gun and is used for close in defense.

The Vulcan/Phalanx uses a 20mm Vulcan cannon, firing 3200rds per minute of depleted uranium shells, the Phalanx radar system tracks the out going round and incoming target and bring the two to "interface" on our naval vessels when operating in a hostile environment the system is set to Automatic, it will automatically track any airborne or surface target at 2000yds and engage that target at 1000yds unless overridden by the weapons control officer.
