If this actually passes, I'd bet suppressor prices will drop noticeably.

can we add sbr's to the bill while we're at it? I think sbr's should be eliminated before suppressors imo.

Hopefully there is enough support to get it to a vote, but if it is passed by congress while Obama is still in office then it's going to be vetoed. Unfortunately, I doubt it would have enough support to override the veto, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Reality sets in...
I think eliminating the regulation of suppressors would be great, this would be a great step forward, but then after the last election I was hoping obamacare and about umpteen other monstrosities would be eliminated too, and.....

How about repealing 18 USC 922(o), so we can register new machineguns under the NFA.
