Obama himself circulated his identity as a foreigner for his first book jacket bio.
The fine line to walk is to get people to listen to this without associating it with the birther movement. This stands on its own legs even if BHO was born in Hawaii.
There is no doubt in my mind that he applied for, was accepted, and attended all of his university programs as a foreign exchange student.

I like your enthusiasm but if the F&F mass murder conspiracy didn't get prosecuted, how will this create hope and change? Especially with a SCOTUS that knew Obamacare was blatantly unconstitutional and conspired against the constitution to keep it on the books.
