So what is the "Dr. of the day"? Is he just present in case someone has a medical emergency?

lol sounds good.
For entertainment not long ago, they had "The clown of the day" either that or it was someone in a John Woods costume saying funny things ... not sure.
I enjoyed the Rabbi's prayer.

MAYOR OF CIUDAD JUAREZ and City Manager are there.
