What's even MORE dangerous is "Congress is not moving fast enough. We need to hurry up and pass this [substitute name of bill here] NOW." Obama is famous for this type of rhetoric. The goal of course is to buffalo people into passing legislation without doing the due diligence in researching the issue and crafting the bill correctly, and then posting it AT LEAST 73 HOURS before it is scheduled to be voted on. Rand Paul had something to say about this recently on the floor of the senate, shaming his colleagues for going along with this kind of tripe.
