I was proud of Ted tonight. He kept the major profanity out of it and pretty much cleaned the man's clock.

Ted who? I didn't see the show tonight.

"scammer in chief" LOL! I may have to type up every word Ted Nugent said. Great job aside from the comments being said on PM's show to increase his agenda & ratings.

Way to go Texas guests!!! They all showed very calm, smart and direct answers to Mr Morgan's questions. I always skip the channel when is see his show on, but hearing he was in Texas I has to see if he would smarten up.

Except perhaps for Ted, we must have watched different shows. Sure, Morgan interrupts and talks over people, but the answers by Abbott were weak IMHO. When asked why he didn't support an AWB, for example, if a Slide fire could be added to an AR-15, but he supported the existing ban on automatics, all Abbott could say was, "we need to defend ourselves." That avoided the question and was not very convincing. In the segment with Ben Furgeson, they used hurricane Sandy as an example of people's need for so-called assault weapons, but I know of no mass looting in that case. But, they completely failed to bring up the real life rioting and looting during the Rodney King disaster in L.A. when the Korean community saved their businesses and their lives with weapons.

I'm afraid that Morgan got exactly what he was after, and his fans will see repeat after repeat of him firing the MG and the AR-15 in rapid fire, along with his usual negative commentary. To me, watching this show was like being in a football game where our team is waaaay behind, and we're cheering and waving banners because we just got a 2 pt. safety. I'm sure there are were a lot of folks on our side, like me, screaming better answers at their TVs.

Added: Again, I ask why does no one who is asked about an AWB, "if it just saves one life," answer with, "well, following your thought process, so-called assault weapons have saved civilian lives, so we should not ban it for that reason alone." I think that will dumbfound the questioner.

Ted and the radio guy (can't remember his name) were the only ones who impressed me with their ability to keep PM from talking over them and also their answers. Yup, I can just hear the voice overs on his shooting footage now. Agenda furthered.

Ted kicked some backside. I loved that.
However, why in the heck did they just hand PM all that footage of him shooting guns that have nothing to do with this? He will be slicing and dicing the footage until it gives the impression full auto belt fed guns are what gun owners are refusing to give up. I'd like to shoot one :evil2: , but I'm unlikely to ever own one nor does anyone I know. If we can't make the ignorant anti's understand what they are already confused over, that will not make it any easier.

Thanks :tiphat:

I get 100 OTA Antenna TV channels and 200-600 FTA Free Satellite TV channels but none are CNN and didn't watch a live feed of CNN online.

As I said before, I had never heard of that Piers guy, but know people in Australia, and know more than a couple Texans who left the U.K.

A few comments and questions:
PM said the Navy sniper was killed in a shooting range "very similar to this range" That was completely false.

PM said the Aurora shooter used a slide fire stock. This is the first I heard of this. Is it true?

The owner of Tactical Firearms said anybody could buy the necessary parts to turn an AR-15 into a fully automatic weapon. Can you do this and would it be legal? He made it sound like it would be a easy thing to do. He also made it sound like an ordinary person could just go to his shop and buy a class 3 weapon. He did a poor job (or it was edited) explaining the difficulty, waiting time, cost, etc. of obtaining one of these things. When asked aboout the home defense weapon, he said he would use a shotgun. He fell right into PM's trap on that. A good reply would be to ask "what is the threat".
