Obama would like nothing more than to "change" the face of the U.S. Government. He subscribes whole-heartedly to the UN agenda and socialistic thinking. You misunderstand my comment mymojo. Of COURSE international treaty does NOT override the Constiution. I was referring ONLY to that half baked proposal, which will not even be considered now, as it was in the past. It was originally introduced in 1989.

What you misunderstand is the passage I quoted. However if this treaty has the off chance of being ratified, one of the provisions is that it subrogates the Constitution.......which leads me to say there's not a snowball's chance in the Big Bend area in the middle of the summer for it to be ratified. QED.
