How about another Meet & Greet?

#1

Post by rodbender »

I did an interview with a reporter this morning about open carry legislation coming up in the next session. She has never fired a gun in her life. I invited her to the range and she accepted. I told her that I would try to have as many people there as possible. I would like to have it at Lonestar again. She would like to do it before the legislature meets on Jan. 13. She will be bringing her photogrpher husband. What do you guys think? dpatterson2095@hotmail.com

I can't make it to Austin easily, but congratulations for getting someone in the media to open her mind. Women are particularly valuable allies when we can win them over.

Buy her BBQ for lunch while you are in Lockhart.

How about we plan this for the first week of Jan. 5-9 on a weekday. Suggestions? She needs to do it before the 13th when the legislature convenes.

Smitty's Market BBQ was excellent when I ate there. I have never ate at Blacks.

She says it needs to be the 5th, 6th or 7th. I vote for the 5th. Anyone else have any preferences? I want as many as possible to be able to be there.

I would especially like to have some female shooters there.
