HB 397 Disarming Process Servers
They want to strip the right to carry from a process server? Well unless they are a former LEO. The Sponsor of this Bill has a TSRA rating of A . This is a bad precedent. Why would someone who couldn't hack it as a cop be more qualified to carry than a CHLer? Why do we need a whole new class of worker that is ineligible to carry? Whats next, disarming convenience store operators?
