Wife Looking For Admin/Logistic Type Work – Houston
My wife has worked 11 years for Exxon-Mobil doing Administrative type work and is now being laid off. She has also done Human Resources work prior to that.

She may already be doing so, but just in case.....
Don't rule out civil service/local government employers. While 'the man' almost never pays as well as the private sector, there are generally never any reduction-in-force issues since a lot of positions are considered essential personnel, (even a lot of entry ones). It's also nice to have fairly a fairly solid benefits plan. I'm personally a fan of County Governments and their retirement plan, vs City governments, but benefits are benefits.

TCDRS (County Retirement system) - https://www.tcdrs.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
HMEPS (City Retirement system) - http://www.hmeps.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Good luck to her.

I would suggest an employment agency to get a temp job quickly while she can look for something better. Addecco is one that comes to mind.
