San Antonio collision repair shop

I'm currently a body tech at a national collision repair company that is owned by a large insurance company. They have made it clear in the handbook that NO firearms or "hand held weapons" are allowed at work. After talking with an hr rep I was assured that the policy will not be changed.

I am curious to know if there are any collision shops in the San Antonio area that allow employees their right to carry. Maybe someone here knows of a place.
