Guess they don't train for doing double taps.
Should have been one in each lung.
The blood trail would only have been 1 block long, and the morgue would have gotten the call instead of the local ER.

It should not surprise anyone that one shot in the chest from a handgun didn't result in instant death. People have survived a chest wound from a .45ACP
