Great video. Thanks.!

Some of the early gear shopping comments had me laughing/cringing.
I'm not sure I could take my wife gear shopping with a straight face, hoping to find a vest with teal embellishments to match her shoes.

But, I'm all for having that kind of gear available, especially if it helps recruiting. :thumbs2:

Believe me it can be done, just ask my wife. She found lots of stuff to match that funny color shotgun.

Cool post, thank you.

My niece was on the 2003 Junior All-American team and went on to take a couple of womens national championships.

I'm humbled every time I get on the skeet range with either her or her instructor (my brother).

Even though it's a sport, they lived in Virginia, and her high school would not acknowledge her shooting accomplishments for sports credit.

My wife first started clays less than a year ago. She trains with a professional weekly, is really getting into this big time. Should I say expensive as she is now looking at a Browning 725 as her next purchase. I have to order shells in bulk. Life is short though and there is so much to enjoy. It is something we both like doing together.

In fairness to the ladies, some of us guys are a little fashion conscious - carved exotic wood grips, embossed leather holsters, color choices on EBR furniture...... :-)

This is a great video!!!! I want to learn to shoot skeet. I've been chatting with hubs about finding a range (DFW area) where I can rent a 20 gauge to see how I do. I saw that one of the tips in the video is getting a youth gun if you're small in stature, which I am. I might consider this.

If only the vest came in pink......

Alpine gun range SE of Fort Worth has some 20ga rentals. I can't think of his last name but Ken ____ is an excellent instructor. If anyone can take the heat (and bugs at night) plus travel we could get together at my club north of Terrell. Non-members pay $5 per round. I have a couple extra shotguns.
