Colt Commander, of the M1991A1 variety, ORM. GunKote, with some upgrades: an aluminum trigger, Nowlin bushing, beavertail grip safety, and plain black Novak's sights. It has been to Ken Crawley and had the following work done: slide-to-frame tighten, Novak front night sight, crown the barrel, dehorn for carry, and refinished. Smith and Alexander magwell, G-10 grips. All controls, as well as the upper, with the exception of the sights, barrel, and bushing, are what Mr. Crawley dubbed "Wilson Gray." The frame and the aforementioned parts are in black.

Very nice pistol with some choice upgrades. Let us know how it shoots...

I can see that I'm going to have to post a new family picture.

This thing obliterates the "10" ring at 25 yards, nary a malfunction, too bad they got sued by H&K and can't make them anymore. It's a GSG-5 pistol.

I would hang on to that. I just read on thier website that "The remaining stocks will continue to be sold until January 31, 2010, at which time all sales of the GSG-5 by American Tactical Imports must be concluded." Looks like your investment is already hard at work!

All my black ones:

The newest addition to the family, a week old colt 6920.
Glock 23
Ruger LCR
Mossberg 590 A1 w/ghost rings and the all important bayonet, very sharp and handy for cutting yourself on! Also put a 12" LOP hogue stock on it.

It's going to the range with me this afternoon. The sights are going to take a little getting used to, so I'm going to run a box of ammo through it to help the process along.

Hey all, just a quick note of thanks to biggyin. He did have his old synthetic Mossberg furniture. We met and did a FTF deal today. Great guy. If anyone has chance to do a deal with him, I strongly recommend. :cheers2:

My Retro early M16 clone just because. It is a fun plinker.

I'm still needing an early style bolt dust cover. And it would be cool to find an original Waffle mag. But this was about as close as I was able to reasonably get to looking like a Model 02 M16 within my small budget. All parts scrounged off trader boards and online auctions.
