Andy sounds more American than at least 50% of the people who live here. Can we send them somewhere else?

Had 2 friends citizenship swearing in ceremony’s in the last 2 months. My wife made them but I didn’t. Both only got 2-3 days notice and I was already committed and couldn’t go.
