Hard to believe it has been 11 years!
:patriot:

God bless those lost, God bless those that fight for us, and God bless America.

I happened to be working from home on that day. Watched the events live. When these memories fade, I will be not long for this earth.

I was in my Computer Lab class as a junior in high school glued to the TV.

I'll never forget but I won't take what the govt has force fed us as the truth behind the towers. Not saying it wasn't tragic for those people to lose there life or that is wasn't honorable for our military to go after terrorists. Just too many questions in the air in my opinion. Never forget, but don't be blind.

I was a senior in high school and my little brother, 10 years old, tried to wake me up (west coast) telling me something about "planes hit the building." Being alseep I told him to go away, then the radio kicks on and instead of music I'm hearing stressed out disk jockys talking about NY and a plane hitting a building there. By the time I got downstairs I saw the second plane hit. What a shocking day. We didn't get much done at school, pretty much every classroom had the TV on, at least on mute, as details poured in.

Grant oh Lord rest to thy departed servants and may their memory be eternal!

Let us not forget the HEROES from flight 93. We might have lost more innocent civilians, and possibly the White House without their actions.
"Lets Roll"

As far as the 9/11 "truthers" stuff: today is not the day. I am only thinking about the 2977 victims, and the 7000 that died and 41,000 wounded US soldiers that have sacrificed so much in Iraq/Afg.

HERE HERE!!!

Talk about memories burned in your mind. I remember standing in my living room half dressed getting ready for work and just watching as the second plane hit. Then when I found out about the Pentagon being hit. I have a friend who's office was one office away from the left side of the hole blown in to the Pentagon. Thankfully she was not there that day.

Moments you remember (good and bad)
Election of Ronald Reagan (my first vote)
John Hinckleys assassination attempt on President Reagan
The loss of space shuttles Challenger and Colombia
Eruption of Mount St Helens
and of course 9/11...

Please remember our First Responders and all of the members of our Armed Forces who have given so much to protect and save us.
