Cops: Man Caught With Weed Stuck To Forehead
Investigators Saw Man Peering Inside Baseball Cap
LEBANON, Pa. -- Police in central Pennsylvania say they've nabbed a real pothead. They said an officer spotted 29-year-old Cesar Lopez inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead. Investigators said Lopez was seen peering inside his baseball cap early Saturday morning in Lebanon, about 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia. When Lopez looked up, the officer noticed a small plastic bag appearing to contain marijuana stuck to his forehead.
Police said the officer peeled the bag off Lopez's forehead and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with drug possession. Police do not know whether Lopez has an attorney.
Authorities say the sweatband of a baseball cap is a frequent hiding place for drugs

2 rednecks were driving around in the pickup, both drinking beers.
The floorboard was littered with empty beer cans.
The state trooper noticed the erratic driving behavior and put on the red
and blues to pull over the truck.
Before coming to a stop on the side of the road, the drunk driver said to his
friend "Quick, give me one of those empty beer cans."
The friend did, and the driver smashed it flat with his fist, then stuck it on his
forehead.
The trooper approached the driver and asked "Sir, have you been drinking?"
The driver proudly pointed to the beer can on his forehead and said,
"No way officer - I'm on the patch!!"

In todays local paper, a deputy sherif went to a home to serve a warrant on a Hispanic guy for not showing up at community service for a traffic citation. When the guy answered the door he had a marijuana cigerette rolled up behind his ear.

A De Queen, Ark., man made it too easy for a deputy to find his marijuana.
He put it behind his left ear.
Andrew Hernandez, 22, went to his front door when he heard someone knocking and apparently forgot he had a rolled marijuana cigarette behind his left ear.
Sevier County Deputy Chris Wolcott and Reserve Deputy Wendall Randall were “working a warrant roundup” finding people who failed to follow their sentences. Hernandez had a warrant for arrest for failure to comply with his community service. He had received a traffic citation and was sentenced to community service, said Lt. Mike Wilson, an investigator for the Sevier County Sheriff’s Department.
Hernandez was taken into custody for the outstanding warrant for failure to comply on a possession charge and is now facing a misdemeanor charge for a controlled substance--marijuana for having the cigarette behind his ear.

Mr. Hernandez must have answered honestly, because if he'd claimed it was just a hand-rolled cigarette, there would have been no probable cause to seize and test it.
Lot of folks smoking Bugler and Tops these days to save money.
