The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Re: DFW North/NorthEast Quadrant Breakfast
Today I spent a couple of hours window shopping at the Lewisville Gun Show.
I was wearing my custom-made nametag with my forum initials, full screen name,
and forum URL, with the idea that someone from the forum would say hi.
Well, greybeard, who had a table at the show, spoke up when he saw my nametag
and we visited for a while. He's a Denton area guy.
I told him we were meeting next Saturday, but his next Saturday will be full
of work killing a large nest of rattlesnakes under his country property.
Some combination of chemicals, vehicle exhaust gas, and snakeshot should
hopefully eliminate his problems. Sheesh.
See everyone next Saturday. Be there or be square. :-)

Barring a life threatening illness, a natural disaster, or a papercut on my pinkie finger, I'll be there.

Re: DFW North/NorthEast Quadrant Breakfast
Yep, good visiting a bit with Mr. Surprise today. ' Might try to catch you guys for that breakfast one of these days. Lots of Saturdays tho are scheduled out with classes or get-aways to the hunting lease near Ballinger.
FWIW, lots of experience here with the CCI snake shot. Some semis cycle fine with it, but it turns others into a jamomatic. And patterns can get pretty thin at distances much beyond rattlesnake striking distance. Only way to know is to test 'em. Caution too with some of the 15-ounce and less .38 revolvers: the blue plastic caps can sometimes jump out of the case due to recoil and also turn them into a jamomatic. Best compact tool I found for the job (no, I am not a fan of the TarEye) was Glock 36 (single stack .45). It cycled every time and put out nice wad of 9s. Next weekend though the "go to" guns will likely be 20 gauges with 8s and wide open chokes - and the pistolas just for backup.

I will be there also, ready to discuss the Houston murder on
Facebook, and some Michigan school carry litigation, as well
as some snubbies I almost bought at last week's Lewisville Gun
show.
Film at 11.

Guess what, I got a papercut on my finger! Fortunately, it was my thumb and not my pinkie, so I will be there tomorrow morning. That'll make at least 5 of us!
Re: DFW North/NorthEast Quadrant Breakfast
