I work at a transmission shop. If anyone needs any type of transmission work done-call me and I'll put in writing, up-front, what your actual cost will be. I DO NOT like surprises, and I run this business such that what you are told up front, is what you will actually pay when you pick up your car. Further, just mention that you support the 2A, and get an additional $100 off our already UNBEATABLE prices.

If you have a quote from ANY other shop, just call me and I'll beat that price, and double what ever warranty you were offered. Free towing with repair. ALWAYS a free inspection to see exactly what the problem is with your car before any work begins. Free electronic scan/code reading. Free written estimate. We NEVER charge diagnostic fees! If it takes removing parts to verify a specific failure, we will not charge for that time-only for the actual parts & labor to correct the problem.

I have very good references in Houston and SA. I would be happy to make some calls if you would like.

Mack, the owner, carries custom 1911's and in the past has paid for all of his sales people to get their CHL's. I don't know if that is still his policy, but I do know that it was several years ago.
Nice, I didn't know that.

Stating where you are located may help.

Looking for a lawn care specialist to diagnose problem areas I'm having. I would rather pay a fellow CHL holder instead of a company like ABC.......
Hoping to get the yard off to a great start this spring!

I run an independent Mercedes Benz and BMW specialty repair shop in Houston. To say we are 2A friendly is a huge understatement. To say we are good mechanics is another. If I can be of assistance to anyone here just let me know.

:thumbs2: I like this thread as well.

I didn't know that about Mattress Mac, now that I do, I'll definitely consider driving the extra distance now to at least check out what he's got :thumbs2:

My last HVAC Guy saw a case for my Colt Combat elite in my garage, and we got into a discussion about handguns, etc, and he showed me the revolver he was carrying, and the M1 Garand he had in his service truck :thumbs2:
