I watched this and I hope it is much better prepared/organized if it is to be used in court. Basically it says to me that they (Dominion) would adjust the algorithms periodically when they saw that Pres Trump was getting far more votes than they planned for. Then they would split the adjustments between a few precincts multiple times to hide what they were doing.

My opinion: Eventually large paper ballot dumps had to be done to help compensate/hide for the adjustments.
