Well, was in a Walmart pharmacy area Saturday afternoon And along with bare shelves in cold and flu section...the contraceptive area was pretty bare too.

What the graph shows is that the infection in China has leveled off while the rest of the world is increasing. The infected in the rest of the world is reaching the number in China. Of course this is if you believe China's numbers.

A news report said we exchanged missiles with Iran last night. That would normally be a big deal.

There was no meat in the meat department at HEB last night. People figured out they cannot eat TP or live on water alone.

My email basket this morning was full of "how Chic fil A is responding to the Coronavirus" type stuff. It's good to see the CEO's are keeping busy.

In 6 months this flu season - 36,000,000-51,000,000 people have caught the flu. (6 million to 8.5 million per month)
370,000 - 670,000 hospital stays (roughly 60,000 to 110,000 per month)
and 22,000 - 51,000 deaths (3600 to 8,500 per month)

Why has toilet paper disappeared because of the Wuhan Flu which has infected 200k world wide and killed less than 10k world wide? Seems to me we should be more worried about the flu.

I believe the House passed an updated version of the bill they passed over the weekend. The Senate still needs to discuss and pass both revisions.

so we need a smile to. i got up early 0600 and went to brookshires which opens at 0700. i wanted to buy beer, milk and TP if available. I was just in this store last weds.
this morning no TP, paper towels, kleenex. manager expects them thursday morning.

NO Michelob LIGHT they order it for me as its not a normal so they order 2 cases a week, no dont drink that much.
but they had lots of other beers if we get in a crisis
so i got two quarts of promise land milk to freeze.

the stockers were running around restocking all kinds of stuf from huge pallets.

what got me laughing was the bananas and tomatoes . Yesterday they sold every banana and tomatoe. He had two HUGE PALLETs in the aisle waiting to be unloaded. the produce guy had no idea why bananas and tomatoes sold out. still had apples and oranges
