House CD-22 endorsements

#1

Post by LDB415 »

Has anyone seen any endorsements for the House 22 seat Pete Olsen is vacating? The only one I've seen is the Financial Responsibility rating which puts Wall as most conservative. I'd like to find a few others before making a final decision.

I've seen Jonathan Stickland (HD 92) endorse Wall for that race.

There’s 15 Republicans running for Congressman Olsons seat. Kathleen Wall lost in 2018 to Dan Crenshaw. If I lived in the district my first choice would be Sheriff Troy Nehls for Congress and second would be Greg Hill and then there’s Pierce Bush whose the grandson of George H W Bush running and Joe Walz and Dan Mathews and Aaron Hermès and many other candidates running. Thats my opinion if I was in the district who I would vote for.

No more Bushes in office. They are democrats.

Definitely not Bush. Hill, Nehls and Walz are on the definite maybe list. I'd just like to find more resources before making a decision.

In the for what it’s worth category I am voting for Sheriff Troy Nehls. As President of our HOA I have had a couple of occasions to deal with him directly. I can tell you both occasions he struck me as a man of his word. He didn’t promise anything he couldn’t or didn’t deliver. He was up front and candid. As someone who lives in his area I have been pleased with what I have seen of him on news programs and his communications on Nextdoor et al.

And yes NO MORE BUSHES! no more Kennedys and please Lord no more Clinton’s!

Next time you talk to him ask him why he supports restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms.

If he has changed his opinion since this video was taken he should be vocal about it.

I saw this and was to say the least suprised. I have OCd in front of him and he never gave indication he had any issue with it. Now that he will no longer be Sheriff I probably wont have the opportunity but if I ever see him again I will certainly be asking the question!

I don’t live in that district so my opinion doesn’t much matter, but Nehls sounds like an East Coast liberal.
Compare him to the Sheriff in my county, and make your own decisions.
