I've experienced slowness, but it is intermittent. I always test it when I see it by comparing the load speeds for other websites I frequent, just to make sure that it isn't my connection. Usually it isn't.

Running slow for me as well... I know it isn't my end. Fiber connection to the house. Speed test shows almost 50 down and 40 up. Other pages load fine.

What I'm seeing here is an average of 30 seconds to navigate to the index.php page. The rest of the forum links, and the pings and traceroutes appear to be acceptable, but if I go to the "Board index" it takes an unusual amount of time.

I am finding it takes longer to loginon, logout, edit posts, submit posts and check PMs. I have noticed this ever since the upgrade.

Not for me- it's annoyingly slow. Since the "upgrade" I've found myself impatiently jumping to another forum. The format is also odd, in that the page displays much narrower than before. It uses only about 2/3 of my screen width. I'm hoping it's a new setting I haven't found yet.

I haven't really noticed this. I'm getting 2-3 second response time when opening a new page on the forum.

I've noticed that login, page loading and posting are faster today. I also noticed the jump to page feature is still not working.
I don't know if anything was done, but I am happy it is faster.

I have another question. If you start to make a post and change your mind I don't see a button to cancel.
Is there a procedure for cancelling?

Yes, it is - here's how you change it back to normal:

Go to your User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> Edit display options -> Use maximum width (set it to Yes)

Thanks, Andy, I appreciate the help!
