New here and considering a J frame so I'm glad to find this. Thanks.

Re: Defensive Snub Revolver
Stephen is no longer with us but if you can find his self published defensive guide to the j frame it'd be well worth the effort.
Maybe google fu in e-bay for Stephen A. Camp's shooters guides might be successful. Stephen wrote 'Guides" for the 1911, Browning High Power, J frames, and one novel.
They"re all good stuff for gunnies.

Mr Camp's site is still up. I believe his wife is keeping it up. You can find it here: http://www.hipowersandhandguns.com/index.html

Thanks.
Re: Defensive Snub Revolver
We actually have Camp's Corner here on the forum. Stephen was a valued member here and very much missed. You can still read a lot of posts and great info from him in the section viewforum.php?f=104saltydog452 wrote:Stephen is no longer with us but if you can find his self published defensive guide to the j frame it'd be well worth the effort.

Re: Defensive Snub Revolver
Sorry about that- I had no idea it was out of print... mine is "on loan" with a buddy in Dallas right now.
I did a quick google search and was shocked at the prices... finally I have a gun related item that has appreciated in value!!
