I did my application online and got the packet but where the hell do I find my application #? Is it the Certificate # on the TR100?? Also Do I just attach the white page of the TR100 or just keep them all together?

Look for application number near the top of the page that DPS sent you with all of the information that you provided.
The number on the TR-100 does not mean diddly for your purposes. The white copy goes to DPS. You keep the yellow copy.
