Virginia governor signs gun law compromise measures
Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe on Friday signed compromise gun legislation that recognizes concealed-carry permits from all states while making it illegal for someone under a permanent protective order to possess a firearm.
Under the new laws, Virginia must recognize concealed-handgun permits from all other states
Under the Virginia AG's failed attempt to cancel reciprocity with 25 States, Texas was one of the ones where reciprocity was retained. I sure would love to understand how the governor went from that to having his State recognize all other States. That had to hurt!
What a shame that we cannot use the same pixie dust on Cuomo and Christie.

The gun-grabbers were caught completely by surprise at the angry backlash the AG's stunt caused. It put them into full retreat.

The VA legislature threatened to take away the AG's security detail, and a bill to do just that was proposed. That idea had popular support. The AG likes having his protection. He came to his senses.

Maybe the same method could be used to counter other corrupt leaders around this country who push to disarm us.
