Improper sign in Hermann Park...

#1

Post by RJGold »

Went to a wedding at the Cockrell Butterfly Center last night...

Found this sign on the door of the Houston Museum of Natural Science. This is located in Hermann Park in Houston...

What entrance is that sign on? I didn't see one the last time I was there (going from the parking garage, through the gift shop, into the museum). I checked the side door too, but no other entrances.

HMNS is city owned and thus cannot be posted 30.06. Carry at will.

Parking garage through the gift shop doesn't have the sign. The doors by the ticket sales have a sign but I didn't go over to read it because it's government property and the signs don't matter. I also wasn't buying tickets.

It's on the doors that face Hermann Park Drive where the marble globe that "floats" on water is...

We parked over by the lake and walked from there...

I did not go back to my vehicle to store my weapon...

That is not a valid 30.06 sign.
