51% Sign at Irving Twin Peaks

I had lunch today at the Twin Peaks in Irving, which has been open about a month (fyi, I wasn't carrying). On my way out I noticed they had a 51% sign near the door. I thought that was odd, because I've eaten at other twin peaks locations, and they have the "unlicensed possession of a handgun prohibited" sign instead. I don't get how one location of a franchise restaurant could be considered a 51% establishment when no other location is.

Per the TABC online license look up they are not a 51% location because their license says "Gun Sign: Blue". You can contact TABC and report that they have an invalid sign.

Apologies for the belated follow-up.
What's the url for that website so that in the future I can check an establishment's status myself?
Can I file a complaint online or do I need to call some hotline?

There is a link from the home page to file complaints.

OK, so a few days ago I downloaded the complaint form, filled it out, and emailed to TABC. The next morning, I got an automated message from the email server at TABC saying delivery of my message has been 'delayed'. Have not received any followup message saying my email has finally been delivered. No idea if my complaint has yet even been seen or acted upon.
Has anyone had any experience with email correspondence with TABC? Is this standard operating procedure? Do I just need to be patient?

Latest developments:
After the e-mail difficulties I related in my last post, I decided to mail a copy of my complaint form to the regional TABC office in Arlington. That was six weeks ago. The restaurant still has its 51% up.
How long does it take for TABC to process a complaint? Do I just need to be patient?

Due to the TABC it's a non 51% location so that means the worst they can do (IF THEY CATCH YOU CONCEALED MEANS CONCEALED) is ask you to leave (legally) realistically they probably will call the cops and they will come pull you out. ( i would print out the proof from TABC showing them as a gun blue location and that might save the ride downtown, but then again I'm NOT A LAWYER, LEO, AND I DIDN'T SLEEP AT A H.I.EXPRESS LAST NIGHT)

I'd ignore the sign while continuing to work to get it removed. What if one of their waitresses wanted to conceal during her shift and thinks she can't because of the improper sign? You could end up saving her life!

For me! This is just me! I dont really care if the sign is wrong. I just wouldnt eat there. For me it isnt worth all that hassle for a stale ham sandwich!!!
I would just go to What-A-Burger. Get the Patty Melt Meal.
