:iagree:

Bet it's yours.

I don't think I've ever seen a church posted. Hospitals on the other hand are almost always posted. May not be exactly proper posting (letter size or location) but most are posted

I've never run across a posted church.
Hospitals, however, are plagued with signs.

46.035 will still read that hospital's, Church's, amusement park's and meeting,s of goverment intity's are off limits, but if you continue to read when you get to (i) it will explain that it has been amended you so that those places must give effective notice under Section 30.06

My church makes me smile. They have the revolver with the circle and line through it for "no guns" and then right next to that it says "blessed are the Peacemakers" who doesn't think gun when you see that word??

Since they don't allow revolvers, which is sad, you can always carry a semiautomatic.

I've noticed that too. The only 30.06 compliant signs I have seen in the Austin area are at the hospitals, both the Seton Network and St Davids. Wonder why hospitals have such a high rate of posting???

I believe hospitals are required to post a "no guns" sign of some sort by the health code. They can choose to use a 30.06 compliant sign or not, but I seem to recall that they are required to post something.

I just returned home last Sunday from Baylor-All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth. I only found one non-compliant gun buster sign on the entrance in the covered walkway from the parking garage. I checked the other entrances and found no signs at all. I ignored the gun buster sign.
