No prints submitted

I had my prints taken on August 30 by the Katy branch of FAST; I got snail mail today notifying me that the State has not received my prints and that my application is being suspended until prints are received.
I'm curious if anyone else has had this happen to them.
Needlesstosay I will be confronting FAST tomorrow morning to find out why my prints weren't submitted.

I had the same problem. I called DPS and they told me it was ok. Call them up to verify, tell you received a letter. They might ask you what number is printed on the paperwork you received from fast.

Have you checked your app status at the website? I got the same letter
Automatically generated and mailed since they didn't have the prints when app was submitted.

Just checked the status online and sure enough, indicating no prints have been received. Can't wait to call and give FAST a hard time tomorrow

So, seems that L1 submitted my prints with a totally wrong CH #; so now they are resubmitting them and DPS says it will delay my license at least another 2 weeks!
Oh well, at least it only took me an hour to straighten it all out
:(

Sorry to hear that. at least they fixed the issue.
