A few questions

#1

Post by DustinB »

I sent my packet in a while back and already got my PIN by e-mail. I just now thought about one charge I had and was wondering if it may complicate things.

I already have a class B misdemeanor from more than 5 years ago, but it was dimissed anyway, not deferred before dismissal.

I also had a minor in posession of alcohol about 11 years ago. Also had a failure to appear which I was not arrested for, fine paid.

Will any of this give me problems? Not sure what the MIP and FTA are classified as.

Thanks

The MIP and FTA are more than likely Class Cs. I don't t think you have anything to worry about.

For those of you that have called to check on your application, what do you normally say to them? I don't want to call and just say, "I'm impatient and wondering what's taking so long". I'd like to find out if they are just waiting on background checks or anything else.

Nobody answers when you call. At least I was never able to get a hold of anyone. Just send an email. Remember though it takes about 2 months!
