License Mistake
A friend of mine received plastic yesterday with a big fat F in the gender section and HE's not an F. Would you get it fixed before you carried or carry and wait for the new license?

Re: License Mistake
Call DPS and notify them. I think it would still be a valid license, but I would have your friend ask DPS about that when he calls.
The issue time should be pretty quick as they only need to fix it in their computer and reprint the license.

Re: License Mistake
Meanwhile, tell him to dress in drag until he gets the corrected license. Better safe than sorry.
