From the time USPS said they delivered my packet, it was 3 weeks before the website showed anything. I still had my license in hand in exactly 40 days.

7 days after DPS received my renewal packet it started showing online updates. 33 days from mail box to mail box. Good luck.

i convinced a friend of mine to get his CGL and he got his in his mailbox in about 20 days. Of course, I got the "gloat" call since mine took 60 days.

There has been ongoing discussion in "the waiting room" about the lack of updates. It would seem that a growing number of peoples status never update and they have gotten their plastic in 20-30 days or so.

I mailed mine on the 8th and have not seen my status change.

Personally if they can get it to me faster by bypassing having to enter the updates im happy with that.

The wife came home and had a surprise for me. My plastic came in the mail yesterday. My online status says its still waiting on the rest of my info, etc.

mailed 11/8
received 11/21
Status never did update.

This seems to be quite common lately.
