Felony reduce to Misdameanor. Will it affect me?

Well few years back I got an felony evading charge, but it was reduced to a misdameanor. I got deferred ajudification. I know the eligilbilty says I can wait 5 years from conviction. So, my question is, is it a felony or misdameanor. I don't want to spend to find out. Can someone enlighten me with some knowledge. Thanks.

If it was reduced to a misdemeanor for the deferred adjudication, then you're fine. As you noted, a misdemeanor disqualifies you for 5 years.
