Should you/do you tell someone you are packing when going into their house or apartment?

I would say no.... I don't look up the store manager and tell him/her I'm packing before entering a store. I don't see any difference.

Some people may consider it worth less than that. :tiphat:

I don't.

However, it's required by law in Arkansas and Louisiana.

If someone knows me well enough to invite me into their home, they don't need to ask if I am packing.

And with Marty, it's not so much "if," but "how many." "rlol"

I'll never forget when The Annoyed Woman took your class and you asked Marty how many guns he had on his person at that moment, and the number turned out to be "FIVE" as he started producing them one by one. One of the funniest things I've ever seen.

To the topic: ditto what Crossfire said. If they don't know me that well, I just don't bring it up unless they do. They never do. ;-)

I don't say anything, and I have never heard someone say 'if you're carrying you can't come in', or 'check your weapons at the door'.

Should you tell that person you're wearing boxers with hearts on them?
