Hello everyone.Today on my way back home the wife and I stopped a liquor store.As I was walking in I noticed there was a 51% sighn.
My understanding is that this is only for consumption on the premises, am I correct or was this sighn properly posted?

You're correct; it's improper. A call to TABC will get them corrected.

You should have bellied up to the counter and asked for a draft beer.
