I believe the initial CHL statutes were passed in 1995.

SB60 passed on 5/16/95, signed by Gov. Bush on 5/26/95, effective date 9/1/95, but no CHL issued before 1/1/96 was effective until 1/1/96. (I have no idea why we had that provision.)longtooth wrote: Yes. The law was passed in 95. I believe you are right about issue. Charles. help, Help, HELP.
