If there are entrances that aren't posted, can you carry if you go in that way? What if you knew that other entrances were posted?

No, the forbidden list was never repealed. It is still there, and includes places that derive 51% or more of their income for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption, on the premises where a high school, collegiate, or professional sporting event or interscholastic event is taking place, on the premises of a correctional facility; hospital, nursing home, church, amusement park, government meeting..Kalrog wrote:The forbidden list was repealed in a subsequent session. Without proper 30.06 signs, a hospital is just like any other private location... it was a private hospital, right? How would it work if it was a public hospital?
True, I should have said modified. But the current wording makes the above mentioned places exactly the same as any other private establishemt that requires a sign. No sign = CCW all you want. Sign = same as any other sign.txinvestigator wrote:No, the forbidden list was never repealed. <snip>
Only hospitals, amusement parks, churches, and government meetings require the 30.06 sign.
My thoughts too. Why be the first to find out how it will work out in court.MoJo wrote:If you know its posted and it can be proven in court - - - go straight to jail do not collect $200. Hospitals are on the "forbidden" list. Yes, they need effective 30.06 signage. Why take the chance?
