Houston Rodeo BBQ?

I will be attending the BBQ championship cookoff this year and wondered if the area is 30.06 posted. I don't think the 51% rules apply since there are no "sales" of liquor.
I am the designated driver for a group so consumption (other than lots of BBQ) isn't an issue.
